VIRTUAL CARD MANAGEMENT

When you receive the confirmation that the order of a prepaid card has been approved, or if you have lost the number of your prepaid card, you can access the number of your prepaid card by following the steps below:

    Go to Virtual card management at the top of this page.

    Enter your personal information in the dedicated fields.

  3. 3

    You will receive an SMS with a code.

  4. 4

    Enter the code in the dedicated field on the MoneyToPay website.

  5. 5

    All your virtual prepaid cards will be displayed.

  6. 6

    Choose the virtual card for which you want to know the number and open the pdf file.

  7. 7

    You will find the number of the prepaid card in the pdf file.

  8. 8

    The verification code (CVC2) and expiry date of your card will be sent to the mobile phone that you have set when buying the card. Please keep these data in mind. In the case that you do not receive these data, please inform us by e-mail info@moneytopay.at.
