PIN RECOVERY

In order to recover the PIN of your prepaid card, you will have to go to the PIN recovery section at the top of this page and follow these steps:

    Enter the information about your card in the dedicated fields.

    You will receive an SMS with a security code, which you will have to enter in a dedicated field.

  3. 3

    You will receive an SMS with a 4-letter combination.

  4. 4

    On the following web page you will see a unique sequence of 16 numbers. Please take note of the numbers in the cells identified by the letters that you have received on your mobile .

    Your PIN is the result of the 4-digit sequence numbers derived in this way.

RECOVER YOUR PIN
